RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your new Cachet pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your regular priced items, we are pleased to offer you a refund within 14 days of the delivery date which is the day you receive your items.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, not damaged, with original tags attached, in its original packaging and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
To request a return, please contact us at [email protected], for a Return Authorization number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. Once your refund is processed you will be notified via email.
SALE & FINAL SALE ITEMS
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credits on Sale items or Special deals offered during special events.
In addition, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on the following:
- Special Orders or personalized items
- Special Occasion wear
- Lingerie/undergarments, including leggings
- Jewellery
EXCHANGES
The best way to ensure you get want you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

At this time, Cachet will only ship within Canada with Canada Post. If you would like to make special arrangements or pay to expedite your order, please call 905-697-1963.
